Privacy Policy
Overview
Public Procurement Tracker helps people find government procurement information collected from public sources. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Information we process
When you use the site, standard technical information may be processed, such as your device type, browser, pages requested, approximate region, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Search terms may be processed to return relevant records. We do not ask users to create accounts in the current version of the service.
Public procurement records
Award, vendor, agency, and jurisdiction information displayed here comes from public government records. This policy does not govern how the originating agencies collect or publish that information.
How information is used
Technical information is used to provide search results, maintain security, diagnose failures, understand performance, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Consent and advertising choices
Google AdSense loads on each visit, even if you select Only essential or have not yet made a choice. Under those settings, we signal denied consent for optional ad storage, ad user data, personalization, and analytics. Google may attempt to show limited ads, but ads are not guaranteed. Ad delivery still involves requests to Google and processing of information such as your IP address. Depending on AdSense settings, limited ads may use storage for invalid-traffic detection. Local advertising controls are available only after Google confirms that neither regional message applies. Personalized ads require a separate choice. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional advertising consent and personalization off. Google's published European regulations message is the source of advertising consent where it applies. Google's US state regulations message controls applicable US opt-out choices. The ContractHub panel cannot override European consent or US opt-outs. Google's privacy settings are available through the Privacy choices footer link when the applicable service is ready. The footer also includes Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information for US opt-out settings. Local advertising permissions remain denied wherever a regional message applies, even if a US user has not opted out. While Google's regional status is unknown, we keep optional advertising consent denied. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice. You can review or change Google ad personalization in Google Ads Settings. You can also learn about participating companies' opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect site features.
Data retention and service providers
Operational logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for security and service reliability. Hosting, analytics, advertising, or infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms and legal obligations.
Privacy requests
To ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your use of ContractHub, use our contact form and select “Privacy request.” The form lets you reach BAM LLC without publishing an email address that could be collected by automated spam tools. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or needed for security and fraud prevention.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page will identify the latest published version.
