Overview
Public Procurement Tracker helps people find government procurement information collected from public sources. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Information we process
When you use the site, standard technical information may be processed, such as your device type, browser, pages requested, approximate region, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Search terms may be processed to return relevant records. We do not ask users to create accounts in the current version of the service.
Public procurement records
Award, vendor, agency, and jurisdiction information displayed here comes from public government records. This policy does not govern how the originating agencies collect or publish that information.
How information is used
Technical information is used to provide search results, maintain security, diagnose failures, understand performance, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Google advertising, cookies, and measurement
If Google advertising is displayed, Google and its partners may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, and produce aggregated reporting. Google may use prior visits to this site or other sites to show personalized ads. Non-personalized ads use contextual information, such as the page being viewed, approximate location, and current search terms, and may still use cookies for frequency capping, reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
Consent and advertising choices

Operational logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for security and service reliability. Hosting, analytics, advertising, or infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms and legal obligations.
Privacy requests
To ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your use of ContractHub, use our contact form and select “Privacy request.” The form lets you reach BAM LLC without publishing an email address that could be collected by automated spam tools. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or needed for security and fraud prevention.
